“Governing body management line 6 and 7a - intouch credit union is a member owned financial cooperative. Hence the organization has members instead of stockholders. Line 7b - intouch cu members have approval authority over certain governing body decisions. Examples include but are not limited to board of directors elections mergers and acquisitions with other credit unions etc.”

“Policies line 11b - form 990 was reviewed by senior management of intouch cu and forwarded to the credit union's governing body on april 24 2014 with an approval recommendation. A quorum of the board of directors was present and reviewed and approved the form content in its entirety thereby affirming their governance responsibilities with respect to the data herein. Line 12c - intouch cu has a written conflict of interest policy. The governing body reviews the and re-approves the policy annually. At this time each director officer and key employee is required to disclose any known conflicts of interest that may exist. Line 15a - the compensation of the ceo is determined by a subset of the governing body known as the compensation committee. The committee uses independent third party firms specializing in executive compensation decisions. All deliberations and decisions are documented in the form of committee minutes. Line 15b - compensation of other officers and key employees are determined by the ceo. Their compensation determinations are based on position peer comparison data performance and guidance from an independent third party firm specializing executive compensation.”

“Financial statement reporting line 2b and 2c - intouch cu has an annual opinion audit performed. The 2013 audit was completed by neaman maynard and vallez cpa's p.a. As of september 30 2013 and an unqualified opinion was issued. The audit is contracted by and oversight provided by the audit committee the governing body designated by the board of directors.”
