Activity 2

Child care directly related to day to day care for children living on ranch premises and in community foster homes. The cost of providing social services related to counseling and psychological welfare of such children. High sky children's ranch recruits, licenses, and develops foster families in the permian basin area. High sky has four foster homes on our campus, and fifteen foster homes in the community. Children in foster care range between the ages of birth to 21 years of age.

Activity 3

Stay together program for 33 west texas counties provides program services for families with children ages 0-17 who are at risk of abuse, experiencing family conflict, are truant from school, or who are running away from home. Services include crisis intervention, early childhood development, successful parenting skills, building youth's skills for successful interactions, and identifying age appropriate behaviors/feelings/disciplines/expectations to reduce tensions and help resolve family conflict. The stay together program served approximately 950 youth and families during the year.
