The board of directors are elected annually to a one year term by the association members. Elections are held at the annual members meeting each may. Association members are the owners of lots and their descendants who have been elected as members by the board of directors with their name and address on file with the association secretary prior to the annual meeting held on the second sunday in may of each year at the cemetery.
