“The members comprise local business owners, employees, and community organizers.”

“The governing body is elected at the general election by the membership. Eight positions of the fifty member board are elected each year to serve a three year term. Each year nominations are submitted to the nominating committee by the general membership. From the nominations submitted, the nominating committee develops a slate of candidates which is presented to the board of directors for approval. After approval, a ballot is sent to each member's company in good standing. Votes are accepted for ten working days. The results are presented to the board of directors for acceptance.”
