Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Masterflight Foundation helps to ensure positive role models from diverse populations and economic backgrounds that will inspire young people to achieve their full potential. Our goal is to make a difference in the aerospace industry, including STEM fields, by increasing access to the field for young people, specifically women and people of color. Masterflight Foundation assists organizations in the recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of diverse talent and positively impacts the bottom line.
