Phillips county community foundation (pccf) is dedicated to promoting civic pride and community cohesiveness, encouraging community projects of all types, raising and granting funds, and providing avenues to financially support the local community and its interests. Pccf has established an endowment program to support other community organizations that have been pre-selected by donors. As part of pccf's revitilization efforts, they own and manage a donated office building where space is rented to entrepreneurial businesses.
