Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

Form 990, Part III, Line 3

The housing rental assistance program ceased conducting in 2015. There were only expenses to wind down the program in 2015.

FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:

The oversight policies and selection of an independent accountant by the audit committee has not changed since prior year.

FORM 990, PART XI, LINE 8, PRIOR PERIOD ADJUSTMENTS:

A prior period adjustment was needed to account for grants payable of $121,321 that was added to liabilities in the prior period due to restated financials.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Green doors has adopted fasb asc 740, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. The benefit of a tax position is recognized in the financial statements in the period during which, based on all available evidence, management believes it is more likely than not that the positions will be sustained upon examination, including the resolution of appeals or litigation processes, if any. Tax positions that meet the more-likely-than-not recognition threshold are measured as the largest amount of tax benefit that is more than 50% likely of being realized upon settlement with the applicable taxing authority. As of december 31, 2015 and 2014, green doors has not recognized liabilities for uncertain tax positions or associated interest and penalties.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0GREEN DOORS HAS ADOPTED FASB ASC 740, ACCOUNTING FOR UNCERTAINTY IN INCOME TAXES.
