Mission

To propagate the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ by evangelization and discipleship through both home and foreign missions. Impact Water accomplishes this by building fresh potable water systems in the villages of Honduras & by preaching & teaching Gospel in these villages. We also support national missionaries who are teaching and preaching the Gospel as well.

We work side by side the men of the Honduran village and construct the fresh water system. At night we show Gospel films and preach & teach the Gospel to the people of each village. These National Missionaries have a personal relationship with our Executive Director, Mark Smith. They have been identified as National Missionaries who are making an impact in their respective countries by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and discipling those individuals who come to faith in Christ. For those National Missionaries who need an organization for accountability and to handle their financial support from their individual donors in the United States, Impact Water serves to meet that need. These National Missionaries have gone through a thorough interview process and have been observed extensively by our staff. Once they are accepted by Impact Water, we maintain an accountability relationship with them. When financial support comes in directed to them, that support (less a small administrative fee) goes to them for their support and ministry. The Executive Director receives periodic reports from the National missionaries, makes occasional on-site visits to their overseas locations and hosts stateside visits by the National missionaries. For purposes of tax and financial reporting, missionary support is considered and reported as grants.
