Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder

“Categories of Membership: Membership in the Association shall consist of the following categories: a) Individual Members; b) Student Members. Individual Members: Individual membership shall be open to any U.S. resident engaged in, connected with or interested in computational mechanics and who is a graduate in engineering, science, mathematics, or possesses equivalent qualifications. Student Members: Student membership is open to full time students (undergraduate and graduate) who participate in a Student Chapter of the Association.”
