Mission

Stride chc addresses the need for affordable and accessible medical, behavioral health, and dental care among low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations.

The metro community provider network is the safety net for medical, dental, mental health and community-based services to almost 40,000 individuals living at or close to poverty in suburban denver.
