In addition, the foundation qualifies for the charitable contribution deduction under section 170(b)(1)(a) and has been classified as a foundation that is not a private foundation under section 509(a)(2). The foundation has no obligation for unrelated business income tax at december 31, 2013 and 2012. The foundation files form 990, return of organization exempt from income tax. The foundation's returns are subject to examination by the internal revenue service until the applicable statute of limitations expire.”
