“All members vote to elect the Board of Directors. Three new directors are elected each year. Additionally, vendor members elect one representative annually to the Board of Directors.”

“The decisions of the Board of Directors are subject to approval of the members only if the change would affect the association's articles of incorporation.”

“Both the Executive and Finance Committees, as well as any Board members, will complete an initial review with the preparing CPA and make a recommendation to the Board whether or not to approve the return. The entire Board subsequently reviews the return and will vote for approval at a Board meeting before filing.”
