“The Weld Trust is a Colorado nonprofit corporation and has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as exempt from federal income taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), and is exempt from federal and state income taxes on related income pursuant to Section 509(a)(3) of the Code.
