Mission and Program Overview

Mission

we are a subdivision Home Owner's Association. Our primary Operational objectives are to manage and pay for weekly trash removal services and manage/pay for additional security patrols (as budget allows) thru our local Constable. In addition, the HOA maintains an Entrance signage area that requires landscaping, lighting, and sprinkler/water service. Finally, we also have a website to facilitate communications to residents on information pertinent to our home owners.
