“Any not-for-profit home, facility or service organization providing health care, services, or housing for the aging located in the State of Oklahoma may file an application for membership. The Board of Directors may accept into membership any not-for-profit organization providing housing, health care or services to the aging. Associate membership may be granted to any business connected to service to the elderly who is in accord with the purpose of the organization as stated in Article II. For-profit long-term care providers do not qualify. Associates do not have the right to vote or hold office.”

“Each member appoints one voting delegate to represent it at any annual or special meetings of the Association. No vote may be cast on behalf of a Member unless its dues assessed for the current calendar year have been paid.”

The Executive Director Evaluation Committee is established to perform the evaluation and consists of the President of the Board, President elect, and Past President. Comparability data is used and the deliberation and decision is documented by the Executive Director Evaluation Committee.”
