During the 2017 tax year, the organization obtained the controlling interest in claiborne creek apartments lp, claiborne creek apartments ii lp, chauvin pointe limited partnership, and chauvin point ii limited partnership. All of these are rental housing apartment complexes for persons of low and moderate income. The financial activity for the ownership interest in each of these is now included in the activity of this entity as the owner. The audit shows the activity of each as well as a total so the financial statement review process now includes a review of each of those activities as well as in total.
