Together, these 127 members form 35 different working committees that carry out much of the sugar bowl's business. Leadership for the group comes from an elected group of officers and executive committee members.”

Additionally, the membership elects 4 individuals each year for service on the executive committee. The executive board reviews the recommendation in the consultant's report at a regularly scheduled meeting and sets compensation for the ceo and other executives of the organization. The process of determining appropriate levels of compensation is designed to comply with the rebuttable presumption rules of regulation section 53.4958-6.”
