Day-to-day operations are delegated to an independent 3rd party management company, united properties management,inc., who has been approved by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development.

The number of directors of the corporation shall be five, at least two of whom shall be members of the quinn chapel african methodist episcopal church. The directors shall be elected or re-elected each for a 5-year term by the board of directors. The election of directors shall be as provided in the by-laws of the corporation. At the expiration of the directors, they may be re-elected. Any vacancy on the board of directors by reason of dealth, incapacity, or resignation shall be filled by the remainder of the directors, the new director so named serving for the remainder of the term of the director dying, resigning or becoming incapacitated.
