“This return is being amended to report the correct salary and other compensation for the finance director. Compensation was overstated by 75,600 on the return as originally filed. Part iii of page 8: officer number 24 column (d) will be 89,442 instead of 165,042. Line 1d will decrease by 75,600 from 340,834 to 265,234. Part iii of page 8: officer number 24 column (f) will be 5,367 instead of 9,903. Line 1f will decrease by 4,537 (6% of 75,600) from 20,451 to 15,914. Part ix, statement of functional expenditures: lines 5 and 6 will decrease and increase by 75,600 respectively. Since officers compensation was reduced, the difference will be netted with other salaries and wages. Schedule j: sarah sheets will no longer be included as an officer with compensation greater than 150,000. Her compensation was erroneously reported as 165,042 when it should have been 89,442.”
