Governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are made available to the public upon request from the office at 317 west walnut, rogers, ar 72756.

Part VI, Section B, Lines 12 A,B,C

Each member of the board of directors is required to sign a written statement adhering to the conflict of interest policy annually. Any conflicts that arise are handled on an issue by issue basis by the president of the chamber of commerce. If any board member has a conflict of interest, the board member will refrain from voting and from deliberating on that issue. All conflicts of interest are noted and retained by the chamber of commerce.
