Libraries without borders us empowers marginalized communities and people in crisis by facilitating access to reliable information, learning opportunities, and cultural resources.
Libraries without borders (organization) is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to bring knowledge and information to those who are most in need. Because lack of access to information is an important driver of inequality in today's world, the organization works in the united states and puerto rico, in order to address some of the most important issues of our world today: education, health, employment, citizenship, environment and sustainability, disability, and technology.

“Accounting standards require an organization to evaluate its tax positions and provide for a liability for any positions that would not be considered 'more likely than not' to be upheld under a tax authority examination. Management has evaluated its tax positions and has concluded that a provision for a tax liability is not necessary at december 31, 2021.”
