Extra Bases Inc.

Extra Bases is a non-for-profit organization founded in 2000. It's mission is to help individuals and charitable groups in Puerto Rico, and abroad who assists people in need, as long as requests fulfill the organizations criteria, and funds are available.Extra Bases was organized as a corporation under the Laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico on December 21, 2000. It is a domestic not-for-profit organization engaged with charitable purposes, including to provide aid, recreation and education to the poor and underprivileged children in Puerto Rico, through the organization of various sports activities, the creation of programs of the education and prevention of the use of drugs, providing special clinics and training, developing a program of schools grants, and programs for the construction, improvement and maintenance of sports facilities in Puerto Rico, specially baseball parks.The organization is founded in the principle of complementing the efforts carried out by other charitable
