He contracted with MTD to provide Executive Director Services for MTD. His brother Jon Finke was a Board Member at the end of the Fiscal Year. He recused himself when the vote was taken to enter into a contract with Mark A Finke. 2. Melvin D Woolsey is a Senior Software Engineer. In his retirement he originally started the Keystone program for Habitat Affilites as a volunteer. He was on the Board of Directors until his retirement. In this tax year he came back to work for MoreThanData on another project. He was paid $20 an hour for a total of $2,872. He is a 1099 vendor. He is married to Nancy Woolsey, BOD Treasurer.”

“Lawrence J Mancini is a past board president and a principal in Mancini Associates. His BOD tenure ended in June 2016. The Board contracted with him to provide services for General and Administrative oversight, Fundraising leadership, and Product Management. He is a 1099 vendor. Mr Mancini is retiring from providing G&A and Fundraising leadership, he will continue with the Product Management duties. He trained and turned over the G&A oversight to Mark A Finke who is a principal with the Catalyst Perspective Group. Mark Finke's brother, John Finke was on the Board at the time of voting to accept Mark Finke's engagement proposal. He recused himself from the discussion and vote. Shortly after the end of the fiscal year, Jon Finke tendered his resignation from the Board.”
