IS A NON PROFIT TRADE ASSOCIATION AND ITS MISSION IS TO SIMPLIFY AND FACILITATE THE COMMUNICATION AND MANAGEMENT OF IMAGE RIGHTS.PLUS Coalition staff and contractors are focused on the continuous and ongoing process of development and operation of the organizations program services, substantially all of the organizations expenditures are dedicated to the development and delivery of program services.
