The finance committee and the chairman of the board of directors shall have the responsibility for reviewing the organization's form 990 (including all pertinent schedules) before it is filed wtih the internal revenue service.

The organization enforces compliance with their conflict of interest policy by annually administering a conflict of interest questionaire. All board members are required to annually review and complete conflict of interest questionaire to disclose any previously undisclosed conflicts of interest. Once identified, conflicts of interest are addressed as set forth in the organization's conflict of interest policy.
