Pearl river vision foundation is a mississippi nonprofit corporation dedicated to nonpartisan research, study and education of a flood control project within the pearl river basin in rankin and hinds counties, mississippi. The foundation assists the rankin-hinds pearl river flood and drainage control district and the united states army corps of engineers in funding, preparing and distributing a feasibility and environmental impact report regarding measures to alleviate flooding along the pearl river in rankin and hinds counties, mississippi.
