Return of overpayment of commitment 3,454 book / tax capitalization difference 2,244 book / tax amortization difference -6,826 book / tax depreciation difference -49,920 total -51,048 during the year ended september 30, 2013, the corporation refinanced its section 202 direct loan in accordance with hud notice h 2012-8. Through an agreement with hud the corporation was to fund rehabilitation costs for villa maria apartments, an affiliate of the corporation. The total amount of the commitment was 248,206 and as of september 30, 2016 such costs have been incurred in the amount of 251,660, leaving an overpaid commitment balance at september 30, 2016 of 3,454. Villa maria apartments reimbursed the overpaid commitment balance of 3,454 on november 16, 2016, which is classified as a contribution to net assets.
