The project has adopted the provisions of fasb asc topic 740-10, income taxes. Management believes it has no material uncertain tax positions or any related penalties and interest to accrue for the year ended november 30, 2016 and accordingly, there is no liability for unrecognized tax benefits. The project files irs form 990 annually with the federal government and is still open to examination by taxing authorities for fiscal year 2013 and later.
