The organization contracts with the montgomery area chamber of commerce to perform certain management duties. These services include senior management, hiring and management of personnel, accounting, marketing services, counseling of clients, front desk support and training. Douglas jones, executive director, is compensated by the management company. His compensation for the calendar year ended december 31, 2014 included salary of $107,454 and benefits of $9,718.
