Manages entitlement funds for indigent clients who, for a variety of reasons, are unable to responsibly manage their own affairs sufficiently to ensure their basic life needs are met on a consistent basis. Our responsibility is to ensure that the recipients of the funds have the costs of their shelter, medical, personal, food, and clothing paid each month. Hbe, inc. Does not commingle the funds we manage. Hbe encourages our clients in developing money management skills.
