THE ORGANIZATION IS A PRIMARY SPONSOR OF THE MARSHALL COUNTY 4H ORGANIZATION. BOARD MEMBERS ASSIST WITH LOCAL CLUB MEETINGS AND SERVE AS JUDGES FOR CONTESTS. THE FB DONATES MONEY FOR AWARDS AND FOR NEEDED SUPPLIES. THE MARSHALL COUNTY FARM BUREAU ALSO SUPPORTS HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WHO ARE PLANNING ON MAJORING IN AGRICULTURE BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS ANNUALLY.
