These activities include spirituality u. Educational series which promotes interfaith literary and combats intolerance and religious violence. Our weekly meditation programs provide a form of health and wellness of the mind and body to those in our community, especially in the crime-prone areas of our community. Ipp monthly third thursday luncheon program focuses on the importance of peace, justice, and human rights in our community. Ipp quarterly sisters in conversation program offers the opportunity to empower women of different faiths to explore and discover the unity amongst the diverse faiths and traditions. All these programs encourage our members to become effective peacemakers, practitioners of their faiths, and empowerment. . Our peacemaking programs foster peace, understanding, and cooperation in our community. Ipp offers this program through interfaith prayer service for world peace, community interfaith peace and harmony concert, interfaith iftar, community interfaith thanksgiving dinner, and the bobby ellis memorial candlelight vigil and walk to eradicate hunger in our community. As the first community faith responder to global or national faith crisis, ipp holds peace vigils at a moment's notice by engaging faith and community leaders to unite and stand strong as a community. All of these events offer a diverse setting with community leaders to engage and promote the message of peace, hope, understanding, and cooperation in our community. . Our collaborative programs allow us to work with other community organizations and businesses to continue peace and understanding in our community. The hope and healing: a community celebration of life has been in collaboration with hosparus, a suicide prevention awareness program, and the muhammad ali center. The national day of prayer interfaith celebration is the partnership with signature healthcare; the hunger walk is in conjunction with dare to care.
