Elizabeth healthcare is exempt from federal income taxes under internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) and is classified as other than a private foundation by the internal revenue service. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by st. Elizabeth healthcare and has concluded that as of december 31, 2020, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. St. Elizabeth healthcare is not currently under examination by the internal revenue service or any state or local tax authorities.
