AS A RESULT, THE FRANCES HOLLIS BRAIN FOUNDATION ESTABLISHED A DONOR ADVISED FUND WITH THE BLUE GRASS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, A CHARITABLE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION. THE DONOR ADVISED FUND WAS FUNDED WITH $125,000 DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED 8/31/12 AND WILL BE FUNDED WITH ANOTHER $125,000 DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 8/31/13. THE BLUE GRASS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION IS THE OWNER OF THESE FUNDS AND HAS ULTIMATE CONTROL OVER THE INCOME AND ASSETS OF THE FUND.
