During 2019, pi kappa phi properties sold two real estate properties. These properties were located in austin tx and los angeles ca. They were used directly in performing an exempt function and will be replaced by other properties that will be used directly in performing an exempt function. The purchase of the new properties is expected to happened within 3 years after the date of the sale of the properties. None of the gains of the sales of the real estate are recognized per irc section 512(a)(3)(d).
