The form 990 is then provided to the members of the board of trustees for review and comment, prior to submission to the internal revenue service center.”

Members are required to sign a statement and disclose any conflicts of interests. Any conflicts or potential conflicts are discussed and resolved with the chairman of the board.”

THE COMMITTEE CONDUCTS AN EXIT MEETING WITH THE AUDITORS, WHERE THE DRAFT OF THE AUDIT IS REVIEWED AND DISCUSSED. ONCE SATISFIED, THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS PRESENT THE AUDITOR REPORTS AND THE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO THE BOARD WITH THE AUDIT COMMITTEE'S RECOMMENDATION FOR ACCEPTANCE BY THE BOARD. THIS PROCEDURE IS CONSISTENT WITH THE PRIOR YEAR PROCEDURE.”
