“Pinnocchio's marionette thearter's season included a series of productions presented at the theater for general family audiences as well as students and teachers from various local schools, public and private; church groups; and non-profit organizations focusing on the disabled and underserved. These presentations included elaborate musical stagings of 'beauty & the beast,''the wizard of oz,' and the holiday-themed 'little drummer boy.' pinocchio's also hosted puppet-making workshops for summer camp. As part of our ongoing mission to pass on knowledge of an ancient art, we introduced performances with an explanatgion of how our puppets are manipulated. At the end of our lease at the altamonte mall, we presented shows by invitation in winter garden, florida, where we are seeking a new home. In our shortened season, pinocchio's entertained and educated over 10,500 individuals with the art of puppetry.”
