Mission and Program Overview

Mission

With the heightened levels of Covid we have focused on improving and maximizing our outdoor activity and educational areas as well as many of our animal enclosures. With fewer guests visiting this year we have been able to maximize our efferts on improving the farm in every area. We are excited to be able to be back open to full schedule soon. Thankfully the community has continued to support us and bless us!

Part II, line 26

| Explanation:, BOYAmount:, EOYAmount:| The value of the land and buildings was at $750,000 last year. It has now been sold for $650,000. Of that the mortgage was paid off with $375,000 as well as liens from the IRS at $20,000 and the State of Florida for $1,800. The Real Estate agents and lawyers also took $63,792. We received a check for $166,408 to settle our bills and received one more check in 2024 for $23,000 to finalize everything. Previous loan from Patricia Pasciuto of $100,000 was made a payment of $50,000. She is willing to forgive the balance if we pay her the remaining funds coming in 2024. The Board approved a back pay amount to Veronica Crider of $100,000. None of that has been paid and Veronica Crider is willing to dismiss the monies owed. The other liabilities of $25,000 has had $12,974 paid on it. Veronica Crider will work out dismissal of payments or minimization of payments to those creditors in 2024., $750000, $23000|

Part V, line 34
