At the board meeting the form is reviewed, discussed and any questions or concerns are addressed. Meeting minutes are used to track all comments and questions concerning the 990 return.”

During this time, we keep in mind whether any of their activities would be a conflict of interest based on the conflict of interest form each of our board members sign annually for our 990 filing.”

With these figures and a review of last years salaries, the president and treasurer determine the appropriate salary and whether an increase is required.
