(law student membership terminates after admission to the florida bar; retired: individual who either is (1) "inactive or "retired" from the florida bar pursuant to rules regulating the florida bar 1-3.2 (c) or rule 1-3.5, and at the time of electing such status, was an active scba or judicial branch member; or (2) not a member of the florida bar, was a member of the bar of one or more foreign jurisdictions, has retired in good standing from the active practice of law in each of those foreign jurisdictions, and maintains his or her permanent legal residence within the 12th judicial circuit or charlotte county, florida.”
