PART X, LINE 2:

Management has evaluated the effect of an accounting standard relating to accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Management has determined that the agency had no uncertain income tax positions that could have a significant effect on the financial statements for the year ended august 31,2014. The association's federal income tax returns for 2012, 2011 and 2010 are subject to examination by the internal revenue service, generally for three years after the federal income tax returns were filed.
