To stimulate and conduct education, learning and interest in the drama by the production of plays and other theatrical presentations, study of the drama, play directing, costuming, scenery designing and writing of plays. Special emphasis is placed on the cultural and educational needs of children.

The form 990 was emailed to every board member comprising the current board of governors. The board members were requested in the email transmission to acknowledge receipt of the form 990. Additionally, they were requested to review the form and contact the president and/or treasurer concerning any questions they have. The board members were instructed that form 990 instructions are available online at www.irs.gov and that a hard copy of the instructions are available at the treasurer's business office at 111 ne 4th street, delray beach, fl.

The board and key employees of the organization discuss the conflict of interest policy at least annually, at a board meeting and new conflict of interest statements are signed by each board member and key employees. The signed statements are maintained by the secretary and are available for inspection upon request to the general public. The statements are updated annually.

Each year at budget time, which is generally two months before the end of the fiscal year, the finance committee meets to review salaries and operating expenses for the next fiscal year. All salaries are below 150,000 for each key employee. The finance committee recommendations are presented to the board where each key employee's salary is discussed and related to past performance and salary history and how it relates to market conditions. The board collectively in a quorum votes to establish the salaries for the following year.
