The florida concrete & products association was founded in the late 1950's when a group of concrete producers realized the need for a cooperative effort to promote their products throughout the state. With a membership of more than 100, the fc&pa is a multifaceted trade association headquartered in orlando, fl. It represents companies statewide that produce ready-mixed concrete, cement, aggregate (limestone and sand), and admixtures (chemicals) for concrete. The fc&pa through its eight promotional regions is actively involved in marketing, promotions, training and education. Routinely our regional promotional committees sponsor product demonstrations, training seminars and education opportunities for our customers - both present and prospective. The assocaition is continually involved with the state's major universities ensuring that architectural, engineering and building construction students are exposed to current technical information.

It also provides guidance on de-recognition, classification, interest and penalties, disclosure and transitions. The provisions had no impact on the association's financial statements. As of may 31, 2025 and 2024, the association has accrued no interest and penalties related to uncertain tax positions. It is the association's policy to recognize interest and penalties related to income tax matters as expense. In general, the association is no longer subject to u.s. Federal income tax examinations by tax authorities for u.s. Federal or state income tax returns before fiscal year ended may 31, 2022.”
