Mission
Bullock/mcleod housing, inc., a north carolina not-for-profit corporation, was organized to construct, own and operate a 48-unit apartment community in rocky mount, north carolina, known as bullock mcleod apartments, pursuant to section 202 of the national housing act, as amended. The corporation has entered into the standard fha regulatory agreements governing the operation of the community with the federal housing administration section of hud. The corporation leases apartment units to low income families or persons in the normal course of business.
