The conflict of interest policy is provided to all board members in january of each year. Each board member is required to complete and submit the disclosure form at that time.

Greenpower is a stem based initiative that engages students in the subject of sustainable engineering and technology. Greenpower runs engineering challenges for schools based around designing and building a single seat electric powered race car.

Financial Statement Notes

PART V, LINE 4:

The schools foundation endowment fund is a permanent source of capital that will provide a foundation for financial support for the huntsville, madison city and madison county school districts. The endowment will grow to be an ongoing source of sustained, long term funding for students of today and tomorrow. Through this fund, we strengthen our promise to the community and school districts by supporting their work preparing over 50,000 students for the world ahead. The endowment distributions will enable the districts to operate creatively and provide unique opportunities for our students.
