The organization qualifies for exemption from income taxes under 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code; therefore, no provision for income taxes has been made in these financial statements. The organization regularly monitors its activities for adherence to its tax exempt purpose and is not aware of any uncertain tax positions as of june 30, 2016. Management's determination regarding these standards may be subject to review and adjustment at a later date based on factors including, but not limited to, an on-going analysis of tax laws, regulations, and interpretations thereof. No examinations by taxing authorities are in progress. Income tax returns for the years ended after june 30, 2012 remain subject to examination.
