“Membership shall be open to any office, organization, agency, or individual interest or involved in heritage activities. 5 categories of membership - a)non-profit organizations, b)individual members, c)governmental agencies, d)business or professional organizations or offices, e)honorary.voting privileges for each category - a)non-profit org cast 1 vote, b)individuals cast 1 vote, c)government agency cast 1 vote, d)business or professional org cast 1 vote.dues are due from each member and can be different rates for each category.”

“Board of directors are elected by the membership at the annual meeting. 1/4 of board shall represent west tennessee, 1/4 of board shall represent middle tennessee, 1/4 of board shall represent east tennessee, 1/4 of board shall be at large.the board of directors have a 3 year term that is equally divided (1/3) for renewal.”
