Peach bowl inc. Has a compensation committee that reviews and approves employee compensation. The compensation committee uses compensation surveys and other independent data to set competitive compensation levels.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11B Review of form 990 by governing body

The form 990 was prepared by a public accounting firm with input from the chief financial officer of peach bowl, inc. A draft copy was then reviewed by the chief financial officer and the president and ceo. Changes were submitted to the tax preparer and the final return was reviewed and approved by the cfo and the president and ceo. The form 990 was then submitted to the audit committee for final review and approval. All comments and suggested changes were incorporated into the final return. The final form 990 is provided to the complete board prior to filing and is made available to the public on the organization's website.

Schedule D, Part X, Line 2 FIN 48 (ASC 740) footnote

Pbi is recognized as an organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(a) of the internal revenue code (the code) as an organization described in section 501(c)(3), whereby only unrelated business income, as defined by section 512(a)(1) of the code, is subject to federal income tax. Pbi is exempt from state income tax under similar provisions of the georgia statutes. Pbi recognizes the effect of income tax positions only if those positions are more likely than not of being sustained. Recognized income tax positions are measured at the largest amount that is greater than 50% likely of being realized. Changes in recognition or measurement are reflected in the period in which the change in judgment occurs. Pbi does not have uncertain tax positions that require adjustment. In the normal course of business, pbi is subject to examination by the federal and state taxing authorities. In general, pbi is no longer subject to tax examinations for the tax years ended before may 31, 2022.
