Also, with release of ProCon.org web site the board of directors shut down the operations of ProCon.org and the associated administrative work. After funds were used for the transition to Britannica and all debts paid, the bank account of ProCon.org was closed. ProCon.org is holding the corporation open to monitor the work of Britannica on the ProCon.org web site. At some point in the future the ProCon.org corporation will be closed following all requirements of the California Secretary of State.
