THE PROCON.ORG WEBSITE HAD OVER 14,400,000 SESSIONS IN 2011. IT WAS USED BY 2,250 SCHOOLS IN ALL 50 STATES AND USED BY MULTIPLE SCHOOLS IN 41 FOREIGN COUNTRIES. THE PROCON.ORG WEBSITE WAS ALSO USED BY 10 FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS, 17 USA STATES AND 6 US FEDERAL AGENCIES. IT WAS referenced by the mainstream media over 450 times (CNN, BBC, NPR,Forbes, NY Times, LA Times, Washington Post, PBS, FOX NEWS etc.) IT Was archived by the Library of Congress for having "materials of historical importance to the Congress and to the American people"

PROCON.ORG HAS BUILT AND CONTROLS OVER 40 WEBSITES DEALING WITH VARIOUS TOPICS OF SOCIAL INTEREST, WHICH ARE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE PROCON.ORG WEBSITE.ProCon.org provides its website as a free public information service. It had over 14,400,000 sessions during 2011 and that is a 38% increase over 2010. The website has been cited by various public officials and news services as an unbiased source of information on a wide variety of topics. The website has been cited by educators as a source of information and was used by 2,250 schools in all 50 states. The PROCON.ORG WEBSITE was ALSO USED BY 10 FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS, 17 USA STATES AND 6 US FEDERAL AGENCIES. The use by schools and governmental units provides a valuable public service without using any taxpayer's dollars. In 2011 ProCon.org was recognized as being one of the top 25 Free Reference Web sites of 2011 by a division of the American Library Association along with TED, Google, and Wikileaks.In 2011 ProCon.org WAS Honored in the US Congressional Record on July 6, 2011 by Congressman Rob Andrews (D-NJ) who said our "unbiased and truthful presentation makes a tremendous contribution to the political system." Procon.org continues to expand its outreach to schools. Procon.org functions as a public charity by proving a valuable service to the public, including schools, without the use of any government funding. Part II, Line 17b--ProCon.org has over 14% of its support from the general public in 2010. Procon.org maintains a program for the solicitation of funds from the general public.
